All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space, one of the best print studios in Europe. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK and Germany studios.

The entire print series has a limited edition quantity in each size.  Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again.

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity.

It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, and certificate number.

All prints do not have borders, therefore greater care must be taken in handling.

The prints have been specifically sized to fit common and readily available frame sizes, making it possible to purchase a frame directly from your local furniture or design store.

Print Drop Collections are special editions of my work, which may be made up of framed versions, canvas or decorative series, including images that will not be available in other collections.

The collections will be released with limited time and quantity. Time is up, I don't know when the same collection will be released again. And in case the number of prints is reached, they will no longer be released in the same format.

The collections will be launched after wide dissemination on the website and social networks. Subscribers to the mailing list will receive advance notice.

A special edition of very few units, in extra large size, printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® paper (one of the most beautiful and high quality papers on the market), may also eventually be released, at the artist's discretion. In this case, the participants of the mailing list will be notified in advance.

Our printing company is 100% carbon neutral and all our packaging is environment friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used.

All purchases are sent via DHL express worldwide couriers, providing fast and secure delivery.

The print will be dispatched within 7 working days of order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact wwatson@wwatsonstore.com and we will investigate where your shipment is.

You can pay with total security, using any credit card, via PayPal Express.

It uses a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.

The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.

Just send an email with an image of the package and the print to wwatson@wwatsonstore.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

As the available works are limited editions, the printing and framing work is only done after purchase, therefore, we do not accept returns due to withdrawal.
